All of these prices are in USD, international customers will need to convert to their currency for accurate pricing. Please bear in mind that conversion rates do fluctuate fairly often, and the pricing will always be based on the USD price.

Billing Dates from Subscription Portal:

Your billing dates may appear to be inaccurate when you view them on the subscription portal. This issue is more prevalent for people who are currently or were previously subscribed to more than one author, but please be aware that we are taking care of it on the back end. We’re having to do this because when we set the subscription up, we had options for “bill monthly”, “bill bimonthly”, and “bill quarterly”, but there wasn’t an option to customize it to “bill two months, skip one month”.

If you are ever incorrectly charged, please reach out to us and we will promptly refund you.

Shipping timelines/delays:

We will always update you if there are any delays with shipping as soon as we have the information to share. It is always our goal to ship books out during their assigned month, but that may not always be possible. There are a lot of factors at play when it comes to shipping timelines, and a lot of things that aren’t in our control that may delay the process.

If a shipping timeframe has been quoted to a month and it nears the end of that month and you haven’t heard a shipping update or received a tracking email, we are either still holding out hope that we can start shipping before the end of the month, or working on pre-shipment things like overlays and building boxes, or, worst case scenario, you can expect an update regarding a delay in the next shipping update or newsletter.

We aren’t in the business of storing books, so rest assured that as soon as they are here we will begin the quality checking process and get shipping started.

Missed Payment(s):

The subscription will always bill on the 26th of the month prior to the month(s) you are subscribed to. The exact time that it will attempt to bill is not known to us, but so far it looks like it starts billing at 12:01AM CST. If the payment is unable to be captured on the 26th, it is considered a failed attempt. It will attempt to bill you again over the next two days (exact billing time unknown).

3 failed billing attempts and your subscription will be cancelled and will not be reinstated.

You do receive a payment reminder 3 days prior to the 26th, so if you’re able, please ensure that your payment methods are up to date well before the due date to avoid any issues. Be sure to check your inbox/spam folders for these notifications.

If you receive a payment reminder for a month you’re not subscribed to, reach out to us at imaginebooksshop.cs@gmail.com and we will make sure everything looks right and make any necessary adjustments.

Change Payment Method:

You can log into the subscription portal from our website. Click “manage subscription” to change your payment information. If you have difficulty accessing the portal, please reach out to imaginebooksshop.cs@gmail.com and we can forward the portal link to you.

Please note that when we forward this link, it will be sent to the email address associated with
the subscription so if you have multiple accounts, be sure to check the
appropriate inbox.

Also note that we can not change your billing information for you, you will need to update it yourself.

Can I pay in full, or pay in advance for boxes?:

No, we don't have that available as an option at this time. We don't currently have plans for that, but if that changes we will let you all
know.

Address Changes:

We will have to manually update your address for any existing orders which will include subscription boxes that have been paid for. If you need to make an address change, reach out to imaginebooksshop.cs@gmail.com with the new address and we will get it all taken care of.

Please note that if you do not reach out to us with the new address before the shipping label is created, it is too late to change it at that point.

If you change the address for your subscription, the address will change for all of the authors. For example, we will not be able to change your address for Penelope Douglas, but keep the address the same for Rina Kent.

Skips and Cancellations:

We aren’t allowing skips for this subscription. If you want a box that comes out in Fall/Winter 2025, you will need to be subscribed for the whole of 2025 to receive it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this yourself via the subscription portal, or you can email imaginebooksshop.cs@gmail.com and we can do it for you.

When you cancel your subscription, it will cancel all future orders. The sub boxes that have already been ordered and paid for will not be cancelled/refunded.

If your subscription is cancelled for any reason, it will not be reinstated.

If you are subscribed to more than one author and you want to adjust your sub to drop one or two of the other authors but keep one author active, we will have to do that on our end. Email us at imaginebooksshop.cs@gmail.com and we will adjust your subscription. If you do drop one or more authors from your sub, you will not be able to add them back at a later date unless we have sub signups open again.

Sneak Peeks:

The boxes will mostly be a surprise! We may post some sneak peeks the month of, but we won’t show all of the designs. They are sneak peeks, not reveals.

Will there be leftovers?:

Potentially! We can’t guarantee it, but if inventory allows it, we will announce the leftover/scratch and dent sales the same way we do our normal sales- after the orders have all shipped out! If we do end up doing any leftover/scratch and dent sales, they will be available to the general public and there will be no early access.

Will the sign-ups open again?:

As of now we have no plans to, but it’s not out of the question. If we do open sign-ups again, we will announce that via newsletter and on our socials.
