You are allowed to cancel your preorder as long as the preorder is still open. Email info@imaginebooksshopllc.com with your order number along with your request to cancel.

Once the preorder is sold out or the ordering timeframe has closed, we do not allow cancellations or refunds unless otherwise clearly specified. After that timeframe, all sales are final and we will not cancel and/or refund the order. If your email is sent while the preorder is open but we don’t reply until it has closed we will still allow you to cancel your order.

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds on Leftover or Scratch and dent books/sets.

We can ship everywhere excluding Germany due to shipping & import complications.

You can change your shipping address before the shipping label is created. Please be aware, If you change your default address in your Shopify account settings, that will update your address for any future orders.

For Open Preorders, you can order as many copies as you’d like. The only time you will be limited for an Open Preorder is if the books are signed. We normally have a limited number of signed books, so you’ll be able to order one signed copy and as many unsigned copies as you’d like.

For Limited preorders, it depends on the size of the print run that Imagine Books Shop has secured with the publisher. If there is enough stock customers are allowed to purchase two sets. If not, we will limit customers to one set. We will announce the number of sets customers are allowed to purchase for a limited preorder before the preorder starts. 

Yes you are, but for Limited Preorders it needs to be a group order for multiple people, multiple copies for yourself. For Limited Preorders, please email us the week before the Limited Preorder opens at info@imaginebooksshopllc.com.

For Open Preorders, you do not need to email us unless you plan to buy more than eight sets.

Yes you are, but please be aware that Preorders normally take 5-6 months to ship. If you make a purchase for another product with a Preorder, your entire order will ship at the same time.

Please email us info@imaginebooksshopllc.com with your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged item. If your item has the following damages, we will replace it or refund you.

Books: 

Tears, rips, or visible scratches on the front cover, dust jacket, or spine larger than 1 cm (approximately 0.4 inches)

Missing or torn pages

Unsecured or loose binding

Extremely blurry edges 

Extreme dings or dents larger than 1.5 cm (approximately 0.6 inches) affecting readability or display

Torn dust jacket impairing appearance

Sticky/oily residue that cannot be removed

Merchandise:

Cracks, tears, or rips

Broken items
